Email hello@learningaide.ai. To help us answer quickly, include:

• the X-Request-Id of the request, or the IDs of the objects involved (pap_…, sub_…, evt_…);
• whether it was test or live mode;
• what you expected and what happened, with timestamps.

Never send a full API key or webhook secret. The last 4 characters are enough to identify one. If a key may have been exposed, revoke it yourself first, then tell us.

If you believe a mark is wrong because of a fault on our side, send us the submission ID. We review it, and where the fault is ours we return the credits for that script as an adjustment. A released result itself never changes. To have the script marked again, delete the submission and create it again.
